TRAINING SESSIONS FOR EVERYBODY AT INVERLEITH PARK!
If you want to get fit, lose some weight, gain some confidence, reduce stress and boost energy levels come along and have some fun!
These group sessions are designed to help everyone improve their fitness including new mums so feel free to bring babies in their buggies.
Just bring £5 along when you want to train!
Session times:
Monday and Wednesday 10am - 11am, Friday 9am - 10am
